We have several positions for Anaesthetic Paramedical Officers, full time or part time, to join us at the Cairns Base Hospital.
We service a huge area of the Far North, in fact the Cairns District Health Service covers an area of approximately 40,833 square kilometres which includes Mareeba, Cooktown, the Tableland's, Innisfail, Cape York and Torres Strait Islands.
Specialties include: General surgery, Trauma, orthopaedics, vascular surgery, ENT, urology (limited), oral surgery, ophthalmology (limited) Obstetric/Gynaecology, paediatrics, and Outreach Services.
Remuneration package up to $52,431pa. comprising salary between $41,777 - $45,954pa (f/t) or salary rates: $21.06 - $23.17p.h. (p/t)
Employer contributions to superannuation , up to 12.75% and annual leave loading of 17.5%.
Several fulltime or part time positions available, hours negotiable.
Applications will remain current for 12 months.
Duties /Abilities: Provide quality, cost effective and efficient use of resources and the promotion of professional standards of practice and conduct.
